Struggling On Staying Focused On New Habits?

I struggle with mental endurance. Get started but can’t seem to follow through or stay focused for very long.  Become bored with the process and fall off of the new habit.  When everything is said and done, I’ve stopped and started so many times that I never really made much progress.

How do I stay focused and become better?

In quoting James Clear  “If you want to become significantly better at anything, you have to fall in love with the process of doing it. You have to fall in love with building the identity of someone who does the work, rather than merely dreaming about the results that you want.”

In other words…

Be in love with the Person I intend to become.  Fall in love with boredom. Be in love with repetition and practice. Fall in love with the process of what you do and let the results take care of themselves.

Here at the #Master Key Experience, we are strong believers of a Master Mind Partner.  Where two or more are gathered we find a bond, we encourage each other and work thru the boredom.  In helping each other we ourselves are being helped.  As Master Mind partners we multiply the building of our new identity of doing the work, of developing the habit.  The results are diminished boredom, and renewed belief in the practice.  Being encouraged and supported makes an amazing difference.  In lifting others up we in turn are lifted, new ideas flow freely with the process.

Have you found a partner that supports your efforts of becoming better, of forming new habits that serve you?

Harmony & Love,

PS: Please share below how you are staying focused on your new habits.
