Haanel: “There are three steps, and each one is absolutely essential. You must first have the knowledge of your power; second, the courage to dare; third, the faith to do.”
He goes on to say all negative thought produces a crop of the same, as stated in God’s word. “What you reap, is also what you sow.” When you plant carrot seeds, carrots grow. The lesson here is to plant good positive thoughts replacing the negative ones we are told every day.
Thru the news media, we are told constantly that we are not beautiful enough, skinny enough, or good enough. Thus they can sell us diet pills, beauty products, and many other needed goods. These negative thoughts, steal our power to succeed. We need to take hold of the “courage to dare” to have success.
So just having the desire for wisdom, power and success doesn’t bring about the result, unless you take control of your thoughts.
Perhaps a mental makeover would help. Please note that I have provided free access to an excellent mental adjustment series. Many others have found this series of newsletters a starting point for change. Enter your name and email in the box to the left of this post.
You and I help create the events which will come into our lives in the future. Educated desire is the most potent means of bringing into action our success.
I have found this to be true in my own life, now I practice Gratitude daily.
